If a product is out of stock, we will note in the product description section when it will be available. Due to summer heat (April thru October) candles will only be shipped Monday thru Wednesday.. please consider this when ordering. Ask for second day air shipping so the candles don't melt, we will not replace melted candles.

All orders are normally processed and ready for shipment within 3 to 4 business days. All personalized items take up to 7 business days to process unless noted. Please note, processing time does not include transit time to you. When placing your order, please allow enough time for your order to reach you prior to your event date. In the checkout section please note the date of your event.
All items sold by piece over the minimum quantity, price structure shows the quanity discount you will receive.
If you need less than the minimum quantity please ask. When ordering 1 pc of assorted favors some restrictions apply, please call before ordering.
Personalized items or partial orders are non refundable. Returns allowed on most items, restocking fee will apply, less shipping. 7 day return policy... please call for a return authorization number.
Please check for missing or damaged items immediately, must be called in within 48 hours of delivery. If a product is damaged, a picture of damage is required for replacement. All products are shipped directly from the manufacter.
