We do not have access to your credit card information, our credit card proccessing service does not share your information.

All orders are normally processed and ready for shipment within 3 to 4 business days. All personalized items take up to 7 business days to process unless noted. Please note, processing time does not include transit time to you. When placing your order, please allow enough time for your order to reach you prior to your event date. In the checkout section please note the date of your event.
All items sold by piece over the minimum quantity, price structure shows the quanity discount you will receive.
If you need less than the minimum quantity please ask. When ordering 1 pc of assorted favors some restrictions apply, please call before ordering.
Personalized items or partial orders are non refundable.
